The Salzwedel Baumkuchen became the Königlicher Salzwedeler Baumkuchen – a rebranding that literally crowned the traditional brand. We developed the entire brand world: story, name, logo, branding, design, packaging, trade fair appearances, website and online store. This also included communication via social media, traditional media and cooperation with celebrity chef and top pastry chef Johann Lafer. With success: the Royal Salzwedel Baumkuchen is now the market leader in Germany and has triggered a veritable Baumkuchen boom.
